1. When Does Registration open?

Online Registration opens on October 26, 2024 and closes on December 18, 2024.

After December 18, please register on-site for your ticket.
If accommodation is needed for on-site registration, please check-in directly with hotel for room availability.

2. Early Bird Discount: 5%

Register before November 20, 2024 to receive a 5% discount on all registration fees. [Does not include hotel booking]

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made before December 12, 2024 with an acceptable reason, will receive a Full Refund.

Cancellations made between December 12 and 18 with an acceptable reason, will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations after December 18 will not be refunded.

5. Hotel Booking Information

After registering for the conference and submitting full payment, you will receive an email with a link to book your hotel room. The special rate for the Muslim Group of USA and Canada is $99 per night (including taxes).
Any special room requests should be addressed directly with the hotel.

6. Hotel Room Cancellations

+

Please contact the hotel directly for room cancellations. The Muslim Group is not liable for any hotel refunds.
